The kit is used for quantitative detection of thyroxin in Canine/Feline serum. The kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of T4 in serum samples by immunochromatography. The test sample is mixed with diluent, then add mixed sample into the sample hole. T4 in the sample was combined with the fluorescent labeled T4 antibody to form an immune complex. The complex and unreacted fluorescent labeled antibodies move forward, unreacted fluorescent labeled antibodies are captured by antigen immobilized on the NC membrane. The more analytes in the sample, the more complexes the fluorescent labeled antibody reacts with the analyte, and the less the antigen immobilized on the nitrocellulose membrane is captured. After excitation at a certain wavelength, fluorescent signal was generated in the reaction area. The intensity of the signal is inversely proportional to the content of T4 in the sample. The concentration of T4 in samples can be quantitatively detected by fluorescence detector.
