The test kit is used for quantitative detection of feline herpesvirus type 1 antibody (FHV-1 Ab) concentration in feline serum. The kit selects highly specific antigens as the detector to capture the target antibodies in the samples. These antigens can capture the antibody of feline herpesvirus type 1 in the samples with high precision. The content of FHV Ab in feline serum can be quantitatively detected by the antigen-antibody specific reaction combined with fluorescent immunochromatography.
