The test kit is used for quantitative detection of feline calicivirus antibody concentration in feline serum. The kit selects highly specific antigens as the detector to capture the target antibodies in the samples. These antigens can capture the antibody of feline calicivuirus in the samples with high precision. The content of FCV Ab in feline serum can be quantitatively detected by the antigen-antibody specific reaction combined with fluorescent immunochromatography.
