The Synthetic Drug K2/Spice Test is a rapid in vitro test based on urine immunochromatography. It is designed for the qualitative determination of major synthetic cannabis metabolites JWH-018 and JWH-073 in human urine samples at a cut-off level of 50 ng/mL. Furthermore, the metabolites of the synthetic cannabis compound MAM2201 (100ng/ml) can also be identified; JWH-0398 (200ng/mL) and JWH-210 (300ng/mL). The K2/Spice test is based on the principle of the specific immunochemical reaction between antibodies and antigens to analyze particular compounds in human urine samples. Saliva version also available.
