Leptospira Spp Dog Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of anti-Leptospira canina antibodies (Lepto Ab) in dog serum or plasma. ScreenVet Leptospira SSP AB is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic test. The testing device is equipped with a window for observing the test execution and reading the results. The analysis window has an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone. When the processed sample has been applied to the sampling hole of the cassette, the liquid flows laterally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated recombinant Lepto antigens. If Leptopira antibodies are present in the sample, a visible T line will appear. Line C should always appear after sample application, indicating a valid result. In this way, the device can indicate the presence of Lepto antibodies in the sample.
