Feline Panleukopenia + Corona + Giardia Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic cassette test to diagnose the presence of Panleukopeniavirus antigen, Coronavirus antigen and Giardia antigen in feline stool specimens. The test has a testing window. The test window has a T (test) zone and a C (control) zone that are invisible before the addition of the sample. When the sample is applied to the well, the liquid flows laterally onto the surface of the test strip. If there is sufficient antigen present in the sample, a visible band will appear in the T-zone. The C band, which acts as a procedural control, should always appear after application of a sample and indicates a valid result.
